Came here today due to the worst chest pains 😫. Once I arrived Stephanie took my information due to me not having any insurance as of yet with my current employer. I've never been to an Emergency Room like this!! I had such a good experience at the City Base location! I want to thank all the staff for taking care of me and treating me like royalty! From the moment you walk in the receptionist is kind and rushes to get you to a room. I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen by a doctor! The nurse, doctor, and radiology technician were all so kind and informative. They explained everything to me step by step! They offer you refreshments and cater to your every need! The technician that came in my room first was horrible. When she asked me a question, I was taking a moment to think of the date and she rolled her eyes (trying to be funny as if I was taking too long) at the attending nurse and once I looked at her, she stopped as if I already didn't see her. The nurse was great and very helpful. The doctor was condescending and as if he did not want to be bothered he spent literally 2 minutes in the room, told me he could give me a shot for the pain and take Tylenol and motrin once I got h... read more
Words can not express on the phenomenal experience we have had. I will never go to another ER. The physicians take great pride and the BEST bedside manner. The nurses and so informative and are so genuine with providing care with excellence.
Ill never forget, how i walked in while experiencing a miscarriage in that moment, the lady in the front desk said WE DONT TAKE MEDICATE. Very rudely and like she looked down on me with attitude I couldn't really process it, i said okay thank you with out trying to break down. It was my first pregnancy & unfortunately i did loose my baby. Ill never ever step foot in this Disgusting office again & i hope no one ever experiences what i did that day. The worst emergency clinic i ever in my life been too.
