I've never been to an Emergency Room like this!! I had such a good experience at the City Base location! I want to thank all the staff for taking care of me and treating me like royalty! From the moment you walk in the receptionist is kind and rushes to get you to a room. I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen by a doctor! Excellent!!! I did not feel scared with more worries leaving here. It will be worth the money. I feel like they actually check everything and they told me about all the tests they ran. The nurses were so nice and held my hand because I don't like needles and the Dr. Was not a know it all and he was not condescending for me running in to make sure my problem wasn't a big problem. The best healthcare I have ever received in my entire life. I'm serious. I received a call back for a check up. Keep up the good work!

I have been here a few times but had to delete my 5 star review because of my experience last night. I am currently switching insurance but showed that it is active, just not updated through my insurance company but would be within the week. They told me that they could bill my insurance only if they deemed my issue to be urgent. Got back to triage quickly, while waiting there were a couple of roaches in the room. The doctor came in and I told him I was in intense pain and couldn't sleep. He told me my issue wasn't that bad ... read more

Words can not express on the phenomenal experience we have had. I will never go to another ER. The physicians take great pride and the BEST bedside manner. The nurses and so informative and are so genuine with providing care with excellence.

What a great experience and I’m saying this about an emergency room. My wife wasn’t feeling well and decided to take her in to get looked at and we chose this place due to the long wait times everyone experiences at Mission Trails E.R. Within 5 mins we were in the back and she was getting looked at. Gallstone issue and the Doctor was extremely understanding and the nurses were top notch. Within 2 hours we were home with her prescription in hand. Thank you for being professional and quick!
