UPDATE: My case has been forwarded to the owner and they have refunded my money and they told me I can discard the bags I don't have to return them. They're going to find out why they keep arriving like this and make the necessary changes to make sure this doesn't happen again. I started ordering my trash bags from these people. I have a lot of bad experience with customer service. But this customer service was the worst of the worst, this woman Only care about getting my credit card information to charge me again she wasn't interested in helping me returning the item to get an exchange for a bigger size. Terrible. Website advertised a liner that "fits all Rubbermaid bins" but I received this squatty little bag size that is longer than it is deep. Useless for all but custom uses. I complained that they had not clearly marked on the site that it was an odd, not a standard, size to clarify the product. They refused to help me or to waive shipping costs. Jessie was great! She helped out with our order and even though the item was back ordered she provide helpful suggestions to make use of our existing inventory of 8 gal bas until the back-ordered items come back into stock.
