I have a lot of bad experience with customer service. But this customer service was the worst of the worst, this woman Only care about getting my credit card information to charge me again she wasn't interested in helping me returning the item to get an exchange for a bigger size. Terrible. Website advertised a liner that "fits all Rubbermaid bins" but I received this squatty little bag size that is longer than it is deep. Useless for all but custom uses. I complained that they had not clearly marked on the site that it was an odd, not a standard, size to clarify the product. They refused to help me or to waive shipping costs. By the time I pay to reship, my credit back would be about 10. which barely pays for my time in line at the post office. I HATE to waste plastic, but this box of 200 useless bag... read more
Michelle who responded to me when I wrote with a question gave me friendly and professional customer service. She was knowledgeable about the product line and gave me perfect options. She went above and beyond to prove superior customer service. She is a real asset to her company!
Jessie was great! She helped out with our order and even though the item was back ordered she provide helpful suggestions to make use of our existing inventory of 8 gal bas until the back-ordered items come back into stock.
