UPDATE: My case has been forwarded to the owner and they have refunded my money and they told me I can discard the bags I don't have to return them. I have a lot of bad experience with customer service. But this customer service was the worst of the worst, this woman Only care about getting my credit card information to charge me again she wasn't interested in helping me returning the item to get an exchange for a bigger size. Jessie was great! She helped out with our order and even though the item was back ordered she provide helpful suggestions to make use of our existing inventory of 8 gal bas until the back-ordered items come back into stock.
