The staff is really friendly, and act quickly when you have a claim. I had a claim for hail damage to my home. I called the office and a claims agent called me the same day. After shopping around for an insurance company, I found that Germania offered the best rates as compared with other insurance companies for the same type of home. You can't find a better insurance company for the money. I am really glad I found Pratus Insurance Services. Definitely recommend to others.
