10/10 Recommend living here! I have lived at the Preserve at Woodridge for about little over 1 year and a half and I absolutely love it! Ever since FDI started managing the property, I’ve seen a tremendous improvement. Rebecca and Sarah are wonderful - always communicative, friendly, and have always made me feel valued anytime I’ve expressed any concerns or issues. Not Worth It My husband and I were originally impressed with the property when we toured, however after a grueling application process and a disappointing move in we started to have our doubts. The unit was not clean or prepared for new tenants, and we had to place numerous maintenance requests our first few weeks due to the water not being hooked up to appliances and frequent pest issues.
