Mike Sell was extremely professional and gave me an honest answer. We have had heavy rain storms and some other houses down the street have been damaged and needed work. About six months after completing the replacement of my roof, an issue developed regarding a few shingles that would not lay flat. I wasn’t overly concerned about it, but Mike Sell insisted that they be replaced, free of charge. He and Mark Braddock came by, removed the bad shingles and replaced them with new ones. They wanted to make sure the job was done right. They did an excellent job and I’m grateful for the concern.
