Disappointed. Called and spoke with Robbie. Asked if I could pay to cut 24 pieces and he readily said “not something I’ll be able to help you out with.” No empathy. No community. Not even willing to consider to work with me on their time line.
Since I've never been to this establishment and all I've done is read about the impressive way the company has grown, been in business since 1961, that is the reason I give 5 stars. I am a stamper myself and came across one of their brochures when the company was newly formed. 3-4 pages in black and white. Naturally I was curious about the company.
