This office does not return messages and will not refill prescription for dandruff shampoo because my son didn’t go in for the follow up this time. My son is away at college most of the year and they want him to come in for two appointments every 6 months. That’s 4 appointments a year, just to get a shampoo refill. They don’t care about the patient at all and that he’s suffering while at school. Shame on Rao Dermatology,
I am very impressed with Rao Dermatology and the GentleCure procedure I received for MOHS. The entire staff was exceptional—professional, caring, and took the time to walk me through each step of the procedure as well as what to expect next. The office was also very easy to reach whenever I had questions or concerns, which gave me great peace of mind. I left feeling confident in my care and look forward to my next appointment.
Extremely satisfied. Dr. Noor was the ONLY dr in nj that was able to help my mother with a problem. He and the staff are awesome
Overall I’m very impressed with this office and staff. The office space is very clean and modern, and the staff are all lovely. I had a procedure with Dr Noor and he and his nurses were exceptional at taking care of me. I was very anxious, and after my procedure I was lightheaded but the nurses were incredibly patient with me and provided water, a sugary snack, and general comfort. My one and only complaint would be that sometimes it’s tricky to get someone on the phone when you call!
I had such a wonderful experience with Victoria Masucci, the Esthetician at Rao's! She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable she was—she explained everything she was doing step-by-step, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.
