I work for a clinic. I received a call from a rep at razormetrics saying that a patient's medication was supposed to be switched to a different medication, and they wanted to know why we hadn't changed it yet. After speaking to the patient's doctor, I found out that this wasn't true, and in fact the medication that they claimed she was supposed to be taking would have been harmful for her.
