Crystal is amazing! She went through all the details with my enrollment for Medicare Advantage program to save me $$. She ensured all my existing doctors are in-network and my prescriptions were covered as well. She was easy to talk with, very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!
I’m very pleased with the professional approach of Michael’s performance. However, the matter is still not completely resolved. Medicare did not get back in touch as promised nor did they help further with the issue when I called them again. Thanks for the opportunity to vent. Janice

This young man made my day a little brighter. Not by find me more grocery money or prescription plans. But by just being a real human being, he was considerate he was outstanding. And I loved the rest of my day when I got off the phone with him. You see I was having a bad day, my husband had just passed away in December. That’s what I was thinking about that morning when he called. And somehow that young man made my day a little brighter. I will never forget this day.
My experience with Rochelle Hayley was very helpful and informative. She was very polite and answered all my questions. Found me the best upgrade for me in my area. I think she is a very likeable person to deal with.
