Iasha was extremely knowledgeable. Very informative. Listened to my problems and solve them. I really enjoyed talking with her. She told me a lot of things that I was not aware of she helped me tremendously. I really really appreciate all of her help. I had had a Medicare advantage plan before, but they did not explain it very well. And after a year, I canceled it because I did, they never got it right? Aisha did not do that. She gave me all of the tools I need to work with. Thank you so much.

Crystal is amazing! She went through all the details with my enrollment for Medicare Advantage program to save me $$. She ensured all my existing doctors are in-network and my prescriptions were covered as well. She was easy to talk with, very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

I'm very satisfied with the progress I made in resolving my issue about changing my insurance, she was absolutely wonderful she explained everything step by step in order for me to fully understand it. I have always put off talking to someone about Medicare advantage because so many calls was coming in want me to talk to them and I refused.
