Had a new roof installed and added more insulation to my attic. I chose the class 3 shingles and was able to choose the color. They worked around my chaotic schedule and answered all of my questions. Very responsive and open about if the upgrades I wanted to my roof were necessary or not to help me save money. Adam and another technician came to my home and spent about three hours fixing issues with my ridge vent. It was part of my maintenance program with them. Red Roan is an excellent company. They arrived when they said they would and they were very courteous. Very good people skills. Art Garza Jr
Absolutely recommend. A friend got me in contact with Wes. I had him come look at my roof. Adam came over to do a detailed inspection, which he walked me through🥰, then sent a quote. No pressure, no obligation. Expressed not being able to afford a lump sum and was able to work out a short payment plan. Repairs were done promptly. Was walked through all the repair spots again. Absolutely amazing company! Great value, very knowledgeable! Wes showed up early for the appointment, explained everything he was doing and made amazing suggestions. He talked to us on a level that we could understand. Explained our options and didn’t try to over sell us like so many roofing companies try to do! Highly recommend Red Roan to anyone! Roofing companies are a dime a dozen, Red Roan is a diamond in the rough!
