Renewal by Andersen did a beautiful and professional job replacing nine windows in our home. The team arrived in the morning and were finished with all windows and new trim by about 4:00 pm. The three men worked together perfectly, were courteous and did a great clean up job. We just had our city inspection done and the inspector said everything is good. 5 stars for sure! Thank you
The BEST contactor experience we have ever had. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Windows are gorgeous, increased our open air flow and are energy efficient. The installers were amazing. All furniture and flooring was tarped or covered. Everyone worked as a team. They took great care of our belongings during the installation. The installation team is well trained in the product and the procedures of the installation. I hoghly recommend not only the windows but the staff and crew.
I purchased 8 windows for my home from Renewal by Andersen of Chicago. And they were installed 3 months ago. When the installers came I expected to have good quality windows brought in from the factory and to be sealed air tight. The windows were not put together yet. The installers were building my windows outside from morning till 9 PM. They were sawing the wood and hammering everything together. They were in a hurry to finish it before it became dark.
