Recieved a bill from company that I never used stati g they would add penalty for late payment. HUGE SCAM
I didn't even use this company. I cancelled my appointment after seeing these bad reviews and they are still trying to bill me. What a joke. Stay away.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a total knee replacement on 2/13/24, was told multiple times they would call me to set up my walker and my ice machine that my doctor said I needed. I called multiple times and nobody called me back to set up delivery. Literally on the day before my knee replacement I am stressing out to find an ice machine and walker. Stay away!! Order the brace online yourself and save yourself from dealing with this company. This should be illegal and I don’t know how they get away with it. Literally charged me $600 for the same exact brace I can buy online for $80.
They charge almost $1000.00 for the same brace you can get on Amazon for $50 Was told my deductible was $80 we paid it just to receive another bill for $198. The brace /ice pack is uncomfortable cause it so bulky . Stay away and don’t give them the time of day
