I would highly recommend. I was lucky enough to find Gena online. I started therapy with her after a difficult break up and she was able to walk me through some difficult steps to healing. I was able to make some significant breakthroughs with the EMDR therapy. Her kind empathetic demeanor was perfect for me. It has been totally life-changing. So grateful to her.

Christina was a disappointment. It seems to be almost strictly Gottman how-to method of communicating, which wasn’t working for our relationship. Unfortunately, instead of adapting to us as individuals, Ms Furgeson seemed to work from an academic template that didn’t bring the variety of therapeutic modalities that one would look for in a good therapist. Gena Kohler is amazing I highly recommend seeing her. If she's not available I'm sure anyone that works with her is. I had stopped seeing her a while back and just recently called her out of the blue and she welcomed me back with open arms. Not to mention last time I was seeing her I wasn't the best of clients and also left and never called and let her know I wouldn't be doing therapy anymore.
