Great communication I have been renting from the company for a little over a year. I was able to swap vehicles recently to a 2024 Kia it only had 12 miles when I picked it up. Front desk ladies assisted me and they even added the vehicle to my Uber profile. I have been able to drive and continue my business thanks to Ridesharecar
I have been renting from this company for 4 years. I must say they have one of the most amazing customer services from rental car companies I have ever used. The ladies up front have always been respectful and they helped me with any issues that I may have. I was hit by a drunk driver and I was able to get a brand new car the very next week. I have been with the company for 3 years and I have had nothing but amazing experiences. I pay my bills on time and they have always worked with me plus their prices in the marketplace. The cars are brand new I just got a 2024 Kia Forte with under 100 miles on it. If you are looking to rent a car for Uber Lyft please go to them first
Did not know what to expect, but Had a really good experience they are real easy to rent from. Got out of class at 130pm did my Application was picking up by 330pm. And they have really nice cars.
I was overcharged twice for a rental I was not using by Blue Dot. Despite having prepaid for a service with RideShare Carz and making a reservation for pickup at 10 am, I’ve been waiting here for over an hour. To make matters worse, I had to give up my work shift because of this delay. The lack of organization and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed with the service.
