Great communication I have been renting from the company for a little over a year. I was able to swap vehicles recently to a 2024 Kia it only had 12 miles when I picked it up. Front desk ladies assisted me and they even added the vehicle to my Uber profile. I have been able to drive and continue my business thanks to Ridesharecar
I have been renting from this company for 4 years. I must say they have one of the most amazing customer services from rental car companies I have ever used. The ladies up front have always been respectful and they helped me with any issues that I may have. I was hit by a drunk driver and I was able to get a brand new car the very next week. I have been with the company for 3 years and I have had nothing but amazing experiences. I pay my bills on time and they have always worked with me plus their prices in the marketplace. The cars are brand new I just got a 2024 Kia Forte with under 100 miles on it. If you are looking to rent a car for Uber Lyft please go to them first
If you are considering renting a car through Rideshare, I strongly advise against it. Initially, they were more affordable compared to other rental companies. Unfortunately, due to increased demand and greed, they are now charging ridiculously high prices. You’re paying the same price or more for a Tesla and a Kia Forte. There’s a fee for everything. I really wish I read the reviews before renting. I chose this company because it seemed like they were going to save me money. I was really wrong. They took my deposit over the phone and then called me back and said they didn’t have any cars available and will definitely have some the next day. That right there was the red flag. I called the next day and was told they had cars available and I can come in to pick up a car. I get there thinking it would be a fuel vehicle only to find out I they had EV. I lost so much money.
