When my mom needed assisted living, I visited several facilities before finding Lucia's Nest, and I'm so grateful I did. From the very beginning, Evan and Sherry made it feel like a home instead of a facility. Their kindness, along with the incredible care provided by Rae, Jay, and the rest of the caregivers, gave our family tremendous peace of mind. What stood out most were the little things that meant so much. When my mom's beloved dog passed away, Evan brought her flowers, and Rae helped me cook one of my mom's favorite ... read more

Being a Caregiver for over 20 years I have never found a place like Robins Nest. The level of individualized care and compassion has brought back faith facilities and home health had lost. Meals are made from scratch, not Cisco and is what they like. The low resident to staff ratio allows 100% 1:1 care and can see the love in the residents! Even the activities the caregivers get in on! This really is the setting we think about when having to make the tough choice about help with loved ones. The care and warmth from the owner... read more

My wife was here for about 6 months. She was mostly physically handicapped from a brain aneurysm. They didn’t watch her when she came back from the bathroom and didn’t provide the guidance we had agreed on. Because of that she fell. They didn’t call me nor took any action after the fall and said she’d be ok, even though she was in severe pain. The next morning I decided to take her to the ER where she was diagnosed with a double fractured hip. After a few days in the hospital she went back to Robins nest. I had to come over ... read more

It was such a blessing to find Robin’s Nest for Mom. It is a wonderful home, absolutely the best place you could find for your loved one. The caregivers are amazing. They are so loving, kind and provide superb care. Mom was always clean, hair combed, wearing fresh laundered clothes. The food is good and they made a point to have the foods Mom enjoyed eating. Not only is the care excellent, but the caregivers bring so much joy, fun, laughter and happiness to the residents. Mom was happy and thrived at Robin’s Nest. Sh... read more

We’ve found the perfect place for my MIL. The low staff-resident ratio alleviates worry she’ll re-injure herself, or isolate herself. The care, warmth and love for these residents are evident from the founders, to the caregivers, to the residents, to the visitors. It all feels like a family that you’ve chosen. Being physician owned is an added bonus.
