I knew I needed a new roof and had damage. Sheldon had seen me while gathering quotes from several contractors and after they left, Sheldon came and visited me with the best offer, and was so helpful! He guided me through the entire process. Roofing Pros just installed our roof and they did an amazing job!! They handled the entire process from coordinating with the insurance, litigation with an attorney and keeping us informed as it progressed. Everyone from DeAngelo Gonzalez the project manager to the group of men that was working on the roof had been exceptional, professional and hard working. Could not have picked a better company!!!
We thought we hired pros like their company name says but pictures talk for themselves after a few months of the new roof Hurricane Milton hit and took some soffits off and there we notice that the roof job they did was more like patching because they did not remove the rotted pieces they just patched it, but they are charging us with a pretty heavy wood bill not to mention that they put a lien on the house (without notifying us first) until we pay that bill. We turned to roofing pros when no one could give us an exact answer for our roof replacement. They were diligent and informative with keeping us in the loop of everything. They went above and beyond to make sure our roof was done and it was financially affordable. Gabby and Joseph were great in explaining costs and the process as well as dealing with the inspectors. Very easy process. Highly recommend this family oriented company.
Roofing Pros USA was by far the best roofing company to deal with. I had storm damage on my roof back in April of this year.
