I would highly recommend these guys! They were there every step of the way on the process of a major water leak. Prompt arrival, excellent communication and even checked on my cat and fed him while we were away. All the guys were great but have to mention Logan & Joseph, their customer service I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Thank y’all

Easily the best plumbing service I have ever used. I will certainly recommend RR to anyone who asks. I pulled a toilet to replace a wax ring only to find absolutely no flange had been installed. As a DIY guy I did my research and found out I’d need a brass flange soldered to the lead pipe. This was out of my wheelhouse so I called RR and no joke they had not one, but TWO, highly skilled technicians to my condo in N Austin within ONE HOUR!
