Roto-Rooter is performing the fix and remediation for water damage from a pipe leak behind the shower. On-site, the technicians are great. It's fast and quality work and they know how to communicate with customers. The low star rating is for scheduling communication and not following through on promised time-frames. After first assessment of the issue, which occurred in the afternoon, they promised to be back first thing in the morning to begin work. Well, morning came and went without a call or update.
