If I could give ten stars I would. I adopted a cat two days ago and yesterday, he discovered that he was able to remove the cover for the floor vent in his room. I had the live feed of his camera playing on my iPad, when I heard a suspicious sound. I glanced at my iPad to see the cat had removed the cover and was peering down into the darkness of the ductwork. Eddie showed up right away and handled our cleanup issue quickly. He explained everything they would do and helped us understand the process. The cleanup crew did a fantastic job getting the damage removed and the area cleaned and sanitized. I would highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Huge shoutout to Dave from Roto-Rooter for coming through well after midnight to save us from a bathroom shower clog that absolutely chose violence at the worst possible time. David T. from Roto-Rooter was excellent. I honestly thought my garbage disposal was beyond saving, but he was able to fix it and get it working like new. He also took care of an issue with my dishwasher during the same visit, which was a huge help. He was courteous, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done efficiently. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing reliable plumbing service.

Eddie is a executive master on this business to detail, very hard work man and his ethic is absolutely Amazing. I am very thankful to God because he sent me an Angel. Eddie came toy home and less than an hour he was here and explained everything, his knowledge and experience shows, he has All the people that We need it immediately, the plumber fix the problem and the other guys came the next day and star working right away.
