If I could give ten stars I would. I adopted a cat two days ago and yesterday, he discovered that he was able to remove the cover for the floor vent in his room. I had the live feed of his camera playing on my iPad, when I heard a suspicious sound. I glanced at my iPad to see the cat had removed the cover and was peering down into the darkness of the ductwork. David T. from Roto-Rooter was excellent. I honestly thought my garbage disposal was beyond saving, but he was able to fix it and get it working like new. He also took care of an issue with my dishwasher during the same visit, which was a huge help. He was courteous, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done efficiently. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing reliable plumbing service.

My technician was Rich and he was on a mission to provide the best of the best performance. He was polite professional and focused. The goal was to open the drain clogged with grease from eternity but he plowed through. His tenacity and work ethic Is old school. I can not really express my gratitude truly he was my angel. Eddie showed up right away and handled our cleanup issue quickly. He explained everything they would do and helped us understand the process. The cleanup crew did a fantastic job getting the damage removed and the area cleaned and sanitized. I would highly recommend.

Dave was really really really dedicated to getting the job done. Our kitchen drain was fully clogged and all attempts to snake it came up short. Our drain has several 90 degree bends which didn’t work with the stiff 75’ auger. Dave paused the job, left, acquired the new tool, came back and had us all fixed up. It was a harder job than it seemed but Dave stuck it out and took care of us.
