Service tech evaluated the situation and offered options. The best option for us was to replace the water heater.The Tech gave an estimate, and then went and retrieved all the equipment he needed. Excellent customer service. The install is perfect! The also advised me of all the services they provide.
Absolutely the worst! I had a sewage issue requiring plumbing, water mitigation, and excavation (pipe replacement) departments. Plumbing was great Water mitigation also did a nice job Excavation work seems Ok, but I’ve been trying to get an invoice from this company for the excavation portion of the work for more than a month. Brian and Mark went above and beyond with their service! They gave clear explanations, worked quickly and efficiently. They even installed our new refrigerator after the delivery guys explained they were unable. After having an unfortunate experience with a different plumber previously, I felt very comfortable with those two!
The first guy that dispatched to my house did a good job. Then the second person was supposed to come in with a camera that same night. They called me a rescheduled… then the next day, he called me and rescheduled again…. Is not 06/18/2026. Still waiting for the person to put the camera through the pipes to see what is the problem. While waiting we had some heavy rains and I was not able to avoid water getting clogged on the front because they’re taking a long time to come by and see the pipes with the cameras… this is what ... read more
I live in Texas but my review is mostly for corporate so I thought I'd write it here. The actual technicians in Texas who came out to do water damage mitigation work after a water heater leak were responsive and great. Except for the fact that they didn't demolish everything that insurance paid for to have demolished that was water damaged, OR didn't communicate with anyone if it was salvageable.
