Brian and Mark went above and beyond with their service! They gave clear explanations, worked quickly and efficiently. They even installed our new refrigerator after the delivery guys explained they were unable. After having an unfortunate experience with a different plumber previously, I felt very comfortable with those two!
My tech Brian Walters was the epitome of 5 star service. Fully upfront with pricing as well as the process, fast and efficient, and his work looked amazing. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable and cost efficient for me. What more could you want? And the water mitigation team that was sent to me was also unbelievably efficient, clean, and thorough. All of them answered any questions and helped me understand my piping/house better.
Absolutely the worst! I had a sewage issue requiring plumbing, water mitigation, and excavation (pipe replacement) departments. Plumbing was great Water mitigation also did a nice job Excavation work seems Ok, but I’ve been trying to get an invoice from this company for the excavation portion of the work for more than a month. When my husband got me to talk to Brian about the issue, Brian listened and followed up with my concern. It us so nice to be listened to as knowledgeable about my home. There have been plenty of times I am ignored for my husband's opinion. And I am the one who knows what a jig saw is and how to use it, not my husband! 🤣
Our tech Jason B was so helpful and efficient! He was here within the hour and had our problem figured out and resolved in an hour! He was so nice and professional! I will be sure to request him from RR for our next plumbing issue!
