I have recently been working on updating my bathroom at my home. I painted the shower/tub myself and was happy with the results. I've used this company several times. They are fast at arriving and are great at what they do. I was having an issue with drainage in my kitchen sink and my washing machine. Turns out it was my main sewage pipeline that needed to drained. Bi was very friendly and it took a couple of hours but he was able to successfully unclog it all. He was concerned that there might be an issue with the pipe but hopefully we can get it sorted out. For now my issue is resolved. Had my best ever experience with an emergency home repair. HIGHLY recommend Roto Rooter Plumbing if you have an emergency clog. As someone who has been lied to repeatedly during building inspections or plan reviews by contractors while working for two different cities, my trust was at an all time low with contractors and subs. Youan Bi was so kind and fixed the problem quickly, he was repsctful of my space and mindful of keeping it clean while doing the job. He made sure the issue was fixed when no other plumber could! Incredibly professional. Very thankful!
