Staff is generally nice. We have 2 patios. They have different activities each day. Smoking is allowed 6 times a day for you smokers. I usually go out once or twice a week to take care of business and shop. About half of the patients here have mental disorders. I've lived here 6 months and I have yet to feel any negative feelings toward them. Good isn't great but sometimes they do well

This is the most terrible, filthy, plumbing doesn't work,hot water comes out of both bathroom faucets, toilets are clogged, electrical WIRING with exposed live wires, outlets need to be replaced. There has been no air conditioning and only certain people get a portable air conditioner. Patients being put outside in 100 ° weather with no supervision!!! Horrible horrible dirty place. Don’t take your loved ones here. The only reason my mom is here is because my stepdad put her in here. They are short staffed all the time. Called my mom at 1pm and she still had not been cared for that day. Was still in bed waiting for someone. I had to call to get someone to attend to her. Now they dropped my mom twice. I’m trying to relocate her and no one will call me back to get the transfer done. It’s hard to get a hold of the social worker in charge. This place is a mess! Needs to be sh... read more

My mother has been in this facility four times and she was always treated with dignity. Nurses may be slow getting to you but they always took care of our concerns. Not a 5 star but clean and comfortable. Staff caring, gentle and patient. They could use a better cook.

The people connected to Mesa Glenn were amazing in helping me find a place for mom on such short notice. They were professional, dependable and very knowledgeable. They successfully guided me through the admissions maze. Once my mom arrived she was immediately loved and cared for by so many nurses and staff. My mind is finally at rest knowing she’s in a good place for her extended care.
