I lived in the complex for a total of maybe 5 years or so 2 times. Each time I lived here I had no issues with Leesa the office manager always treats me with respect and is very helpful and thoughtful of the residents. She listens to your concern and will do her best to address the issue. No problems with her, however the apartments itself is huge which I love, I just think it needs some TLC to give the residents something to stay. I'm very pleased with the handling of our maintenance request for our unit. The maintenance technician (Brandon) is very professional, kind, courteous, and efficient in handling our concerns and any questions pertaining to the upkeep and any repairs needed. The property manager (Lesa) is also very professional, helpful, and kind. I appreciate her prompt response to any concern/questions I may have. Overall my interaction with the staff above has been effective and pleasant. Thank you and kudos to you both!
I LOVE calling Sadler Pond "Home!" Today my kids and I are celebrating our 1 year anniversary of moving in. I love that I haven't seen any snakes, nor any infestation of roaches. It's really nice and peaceful here, and I have great neighbors! I can't say enough about the site manager, Lesa, and Brandon, the maintenance staff. They both have given me nothing less than friendly, courteous, and professional service. All of my requests are attended promptly, and efficiently. I'm looking forward to another great year ahead!
Great place to live! Maintenance man is amazing! Fast response if there is a problem. Community is quiet and clean!
Is a nice place I stay in a 3 bedroom apt is a nice size apartment . Spacious living room. I would give this place a 5 star if it won’t for the nasty neighbors. I stay on the first floor and they will literally throw the trash outside of the dumpster. The buildings already have bug problems, so I don’t see why they don’t try to maintain the area clean. We have a guy that comes in the morning and cleans up the area but the neglectful neighbors don’t make it easy I wish the dumpster don’t so close the apartments is embarrassi... read more
