We love it here. Going on 10yrs it’s affordable, clean and the staff is amazing. Heather and Bobby go above and beyond for us. They accommodate all of our friends and family on short notice when they decide to come to Hampton last minute with us. We love the view of the sunrise and sunset from the private balcony. Our daughter loves the privet playground and the game room. Over the years the updates they have done are amazing we love the room setup it’s perfect for family’s. Always clean and fresh.
Stayed during sea food fest last weekend and I cannot speak more highly of this establishment. My friends have been staying here for years and I was late to make a reservation, but they were incredibly accommodating and managed to find a room available. The fest was also so fantastic that I decided to extend my stay one more evening, which I thought would be a daunting feat, as this is one of the busiest times at Hampton, but once more the folks behind the desk amazed me and managed to get me into another room that became ... read more
I have stayed here over and over again and this place is by far the nicest on the beach for the price you pay. The rooms are like small apartments and are perfect for familys or two couples as there is a private bedroom. The staff knows most of the guests by name and treat you like your family and are so welcoming and thats what we love most. I love the Sands. Ive been staying here for many many yrs. From 2001 thru 2025. This is the only place ill stay when I come up. The rooms are clean and nice. I love having the kitchenette, and the space. Great rates for what u get.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sand and surf whenever I wanted. The room itself was immaculate.
