Security Solution has been are go to people for our business alarm testing. The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have always been great help to us if we have questions and very responsive if we need them onsite. These guys are the experts.

They don't follow up for annual inspections or keep the records straight on contact information and also routinely drop the ball on providing the Fire department with inspection documentations.

I absolutely love these guys! Been using them for many years. At my most recent job at Sostice Senior Living, we had a brand new fire panel installed, and numerous smoke alarms replaced. What was supposed to be a 2 week job, ended up taking only 4 days. Ben, the technician, and his crew did an excellent job in getting everything done fast and efficient. We are very happy with the new panel! And everything works perfectly. Thank you guys!! I will definitely be using you in the future!

We have been with Security Solutions for many years now, and have rarely had any equipment issues. A couple days ago, our keypad went out. I called and spoke to Brent, who had a new keypad shipped in overnight and had a tech rep install it less than 24 hours later. Couldn't be happier with the speedy service.
