Horrible work. I helped my elderly father arrange for some yard care since he is disabled. We called what we thought was a reputable larger company. Very poor quality service and horrible customer service from the supervisor who refused to correct the shoddy work. They claim to have a satisfaction guarantee. Don't believe it. He contracted for a spring cleanup specifically for his yard to be edged with a hard edge front and back on the lawn, as well as having all weeds treated in the planter beds, since it was overgrown.... read more

Personable and thorough. They have been taking care of my lawn fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding for 2 years now. When I moved into this residence you couldn't even tell there was much lawn. Also, their tree service saved my fruit trees and rose bushes. Updated November 2024, Dartavius came to spray dormant oil on my trees and bushes today. He was kind and took time to answer questions. Trees have grown so much in past 2 years since they have received deep root injection fertilizer too.

Senske is a great lawn care company. Not only do they go out of there way to make sure all of my questions are answered but their follow through and communication is great! Having a dog that has free range to my backyard at all times its nice that Joey called me when he was on his way. So I could get my dog in the house before he arrived. Joey was very polite during our conversation and also followed through with some other notes for things to do in my front yard. I appreciate the service provided by this company. Ever since we started using their services, our grass has been looking healthy. Yesterday, Mike sprayed weed killer on our lawn. He did a good job and even provided some tips on how to take care of the lawn.However, I can't give it a 5-star rating because sometimes they come without giving us a heads-up call, and when we check our security camera, we see that they've already left without informing us. We've used Senske for various services for over 15 years. They always show up when they say they will and take care of our property as if it were their own. Elias came today to do tree and shrub fertilization. The sprinklers went off inadvertently. He didn't skip a beat. He completed the job without complaining. Highly recommend Senske for their superior service and well-trained, knowledgeable, respectful staff.
