Allen was wonderful! I saw him treating my neighbor's yard, which always looks impeccable, while I have been wasting way too many hours waging war against my dandelions and clover for the past 6 years only for them to thrive each year.. I asked what he could do for my yard and he quoted a very reasonable cost for a weed-free guarantee. Kate (W Senske) did a great job. She explained the process and what to expect with the vegetarian kill that she performed. We received a phone call just before she came out (not the typical “between 12:00 and 5:00” that other companies offer). Very personable and knowledgeable. 5 stars.
From start to end, Michelle from Senske who came out to assess my tree, Kevin from Senske (making the right calls in the background) Tech Ray from Senske and his teammate, (I never got his name) did an amazing job from scheduling my tree pruning service to making the calls to Avista, to going above and beyond and not only pruning my tree to grade level, but also took care of another dead tree as well as some small young trees growing on the other side of my garage that I did find to be a nuisance.
