Our pool is cleaner than it’s ever been! The communication we receive after every cleaning service is detailed and our tech is kind and thorough. The customer service I receive anytime I call the company is superb. Sink or Swim is far better than my previous pool company and costs less per month!

Great company to work with. The office and field staff communicated daily to check-in, identify what steps were to be completed, and provided updates to the timeline when we experienced delays due to weather. The crews worked quickly but did not sacrifice quality for speed. Follow-up after completion was prompt and thorough; they even ensured my water chemistry was balanced afterwards to promote proper curing of the new finish. I was not going to do a review, but I keep getting email reminders, so here it goes. I had an equipment leak fixed by Sink or Swim Pools and they did just fine. I also had an appointment on a Thursday morning for some remodeling work and some drain replacement. No one showed up for the appointment, so I called the office around noon to get an update. I have had a terrible experience with this company over the course of less than a year, multiple issue after issue. When contacted about an issue, Zach was extremely unprofessional and refused to take any accountability for the the fact that our pump is now broken or possibly needs replacing due to a lack of proper pool maintenance by Sink or Swim. As a result of this we are now looking elsewhere for a professional and honest pool maintenance company. If you are looking for a reliable pool service, definitely look elsewhere.
