I scheduled to get my wisdom teeth removed and called the office to ask questions. The day of the appointment I got a call to come in an hour early, 30 mins before they wanted me to be there so we can make sure we can do the surgery. I showed up. I met with Dr Ricci for a consultation about a dental appliance for sleep apnea. I was very appreciative of the time he spent with me discussing available options. Dr Ricci is very knowledgeable about sleep apnea and possible causes and treatments. He provided answers to my questions and was very helpful. I hope to use his dental expertise in the future.

Smile Aurora Dental is a fantastic choice for dental care. The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely skilled at their jobs. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Harmeet Singh is particularly patient and skilled, making the entire experience even more pleasant. I have an anxiety disorder which makes it difficult to see the dentist in general and Dr. Singh is absolutely wonderful! His “bed side” demeanor is great. He has gentle hands, a soft voice and cares about the overall health of his patients mouths. So happy that I took the chance on this dentist, it was worth it!

I had a bad experience here also as some others did. I went back twice to have them look into why my freshly installed crown was hurting so much. But I have finally decided not to go back to this place. I had tried calling for them for an appointment to help me ease my pain but they won't answer my calls. Dr Singh referred me to another dentist, I don't understand why he didn't want to fix my tooth as it was him who did it wrong.
