If you have a Kohler generator issue look no further than Mike Glennon for service. My most recent issue had me chasing my tail while wasting time and money. Long story short, Mike identified the issue inside 60 seconds and fixed it within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and honest...all you can ask for.
Great service from Bill in parts. I called in an order a couple of days before Christmas and told them of the importance of getting these parts asap. The parts dept was at lunch but the manager that answered carefully took my order and checked to make sure they had the parts in stock. Then when Bill was back he doubled checked some questions I had and made sure to get the order out that day. I got my package within days! Mike Lloyd performed an annual service on the Onan genset in my Hatteras GT sportfish. He had all the specialized tools, he was meticulous and thorough and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also looked around the engine room and noticed cracked and leaking seawater intake hoses to the CAT main engines that I should have noticed myself. Great job. I will request him for my next service.
Southeastern Marine was great to work with and very accommodating to our tight schedule as transient. Carter, our service technician, was knowledgeable and easily replaced our heat exchanger and noticed our water pump was on its last leg as well. He was even able to organize replacement the next day. Jeff and Will at the office were easy to work with, helped get everything ordered and to us quickly.
Southeastern Marine Power and Yacht has been outstanding to work with. They are incredibly responsive and highly competent, with a clear understanding that a commercial operation cannot afford to be without its equipment for long periods of time.
