Happy with the gutter cleanout service we received. It took a while from the time of the estimate to the actual service, but I understand they are busy. Marc was very prompt and personable doing the estimate and gave us a reasonable price. Neal did a thorough job on the gutter cleaning and explained what he found and that he also tightened up some areas that were coming loose. Wendy processed our payment and sent receipts promptly. We had Spokane Rain Gutter install a gutter helmet system on our lake home in Idaho approximately 10 years ago. It has been excellent and we have been very happy with its quality and reliability. Last week we had a service representative (Neal) come up to address a couple of issues with no drainage by the rain chains. Neal checked, cleaned and fixed the problems properly.
