I have had many problems with SSD they make appointments and cancel them alway tech is sick or tired up. I’ve had different codes come up and called to stop the beeping. The first one said they will send a tech out for a emergency fee,total inexcusable. Two weeks out to get someone there. This is a restaurant and can not have beeping going off. This is not the first time.
We had an issue recently with accessing the battery in our main control box when a lock wouldn't open. SSD responded immediately, sent a technician who changed out the lock and installed a new battery. Top notch service!
We have partnered with SSD Alarm for more than 15 years for both our burglary alarm service as well a fire. Their technicians, namely: Jack, Brandon, and Adam T. are pretty outstanding individuals. I have had SSD Alarm for many years. Their employee Brian is very experienced,helpful,polite and has fixed any problem that has arisen. Someone is always there to help me and come.out when necessary. They have kept my home safe. I can go to sleep and not worry. This company is honest and I trust them implicitly.
