The Doctor and nurses at St. Luke's who treated my leg were great! They did everything right, took great care of me, answer all my questions, and I am making a full recovery. My only complaint is their choice of building, since neither faucet in the Men's restroom works (and I was told by a couple of women that at least one of the faucets in the Ladies' doesn't either). At least St. Luke's has hand sanitiser!

I arrived and I was Seen promptly very professional the area was clean and organized and the doctor was super nice. Dr. Lou has very good bedtime manners I wouldn’t go anywhere else great team and a great place to be treated for any emergency. I recommend St Luke’s Emergency care In Pasadena, Texas.

Seriously, I would not go to this hospital! You'll be stuck waiting forever, and the people at the front desk are awful. My parents went there, and the lady was super rude. They don't speak English, so I had to translate as soon as I said hello, she snapped at me, saying they don't give wait times to anyone. My parents had already been waiting for over two hours, and they hadn't even taken their vitals yet. MY DAD HAD BEEN WAITING WITH A SHATTERED PELVIS! St. Luke's freestanding ER has never disappointed when I used them for family members in past years. Unfortunately, this trip was for me and staff delivered the same great attention as I remembered. I appreciated the quick response, attention to my issues, and availability 24/7. Thanks Dr. Smith and Staff.

Excellent emergency services with no wait on a Sunday night. My daughter was seen quickly and smoothly in a nice clean facility with kind staff and attentive medical personnel. We were relieved and will definitely return for any future urgent needs.
