From the moment I walked in nothing but pleasant experience. The receptionist and nurse were first rate. Dr.Smith was efficient and kind. This was my first visit and I would recommend St.Lukes ER in Pasadena to everyone. Thank you for a great ER experience.

We had an amazing experience, Doctor at this facility was very professional, attentive, concern. Warm welcoming. Nurses were amazing as well. Attentive , prompt attention to your needs. Only concern was they was short staffed a needing assistance in getting rolled out of the facility onto the vehicle by a concierge.. other than that. 100 💯 percent recommend anyone in need of urgent care necessities.

Never wanna be that person, but this place has terrible service. As someone who isn’t feeling well, they don’t attend to you with urgency and they don’t seem to care about their patients!! Called to see what has happening, and I got the question of “well, what do you want me to do!?” I wanted to know why no one had gone to give my mom the meds for the allergic reaction she got out of no where with her tongue swollen and they still had 0 urgency to attend her! Arrived middle of the night after a big ultra marathon fall. Everyone was quick to respond. The little things like a warm blanket and electrolytes drink while I waited made me feel like more than a number. Everything checked out well, and I was on my way home faster than expected. Not somewhere I want to be, but glad they were there.

The care you receive here is high quality, patient centered care! The staff, Sonia, Bonnie, and Dr Tran listened to my health concerns and treatment was started immediately. I felt safe and well cared for during my stay at St Luke’s ER.
