I showed up at around 10,45 am.and was there because I was told I needed a blood transfusion. So at about 230ish I still had not been tested or blood drawn to start blood transfusion and was told I was going fo be admitted. I dont understand why was I being admitted for a blood transfusion. So I signed a release and left as soon as I could. I don't think they care about how long they where taking and not very professional to tell me if I dont stay in dont get my transfusion. Dr. Luu and staff was great i came in with chest tightness and discomfort. I was attended quick, he took all precautions and checked my heart and chest to make sure it wasn't nothing serious. Honestly happy I came here I highly recommend St. Luke's emergency center will be back if needed.

Never wanna be that person, but this place has terrible service. As someone who isn’t feeling well, they don’t attend to you with urgency and they don’t seem to care about their patients!! Called to see what has happening, and I got the question of “well, what do you want me to do!?” I wanted to know why no one had gone to give my mom the meds for the allergic reaction she got out of no where with her tongue swollen and they still had 0 urgency to attend her! The care you receive here is high quality, patient centered care! The staff, Sonia, Bonnie, and Dr Tran listened to my health concerns and treatment was started immediately. I felt safe and well cared for during my stay at St Luke’s ER.

The Doctor and nurses at St. Luke's who treated my leg were great! They did everything right, took great care of me, answer all my questions, and I am making a full recovery. My only complaint is their choice of building, since neither faucet in the Men's restroom works (and I was told by a couple of women that at least one of the faucets in the Ladies' doesn't either). At least St. Luke's has hand sanitiser!
