I went to st Luke's after I fell and injured my hip and ribs. Everything was fine except I wasn't given anything for pain.i was offered Tylenol but I can't take nsaids because I have liver disease. I told the doctor that but he ignored me.
The experience was not to my satisfaction and am still waiting to hear from someone at the hospital. I've left several messages and have spoken to several people with no resolution. Very disappointed with hospital staff, bedside manner and every moment I spent there. And the price I was charged was ridiculous. I got a response via email to my review, they asked me to call a number and of course, no one answered or returned my call.
Had stroke put depression on paperwork. Roomate on phone whole time saw lip move. Didnt see it. Should have had tia shot few days in hospital! Fighting the bs again! My mother got damned help! But she died..heart!
This was by far the best ER experience I've ever had. I did it for me was the calm and relaxed voice of Ms. Shanikwa on the phone. I get there and Lilian was AWESOME, she made me feel very welcomed. The tech was nice and proficient. The Nurse Ms. Shanikwa is not only calm and relaxed she got my IV on her first try, which is hard for some but she got it. She explained the process to me and it made my visit go by farely smooth and quick. This is my go to ER. May God continue to bless this team with healing hands.
Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! All the way from the receptionist, nurse, x-ray technician and the doctor. We could not have asked for better care and better treatment. Anytime we need an ER we will automatically go to this place.
