The care you receive here is high quality, patient centered care! The staff, Sonia, Bonnie, and Dr Tran listened to my health concerns and treatment was started immediately. I felt safe and well cared for during my stay at St Luke’s ER.

Dr Herrera was professional and friendly he explained everything clearly. Rhoda and Hollie were very sweet and professional. Felt very comfortable with them. I highly recommend visiting this place if you ever need an ER. 💯💯💯

The Doctor and nurses at St. Luke's who treated my leg were great! They did everything right, took great care of me, answer all my questions, and I am making a full recovery. My only complaint is their choice of building, since neither faucet in the Men's restroom works (and I was told by a couple of women that at least one of the faucets in the Ladies' doesn't either). At least St. Luke's has hand sanitiser!

I arrived and I was Seen promptly very professional the area was clean and organized and the doctor was super nice. Dr. Lou has very good bedtime manners I wouldn’t go anywhere else great team and a great place to be treated for any emergency. I recommend St Luke’s Emergency care In Pasadena, Texas.

St. Luke's freestanding ER has never disappointed when I used them for family members in past years. Unfortunately, this trip was for me and staff delivered the same great attention as I remembered. I appreciated the quick response, attention to my issues, and availability 24/7. Thanks Dr. Smith and Staff.
