I had an appointment scheduled to install a door, was told that I needed to be here at a certain time for the tech to install. I set up PTO with my job and made sure I was here, waited for a long time and was eventually called to be let known they were not coming. Wasted my time and PTO. I worked for Stellar they would send me to a job and expect me to perform repairs on the property. I would have to call to get approval to perform repairs. most of the time they would not answer the phone and I would have to wait 10 to 30 min for a return call, The last job I did for them I waited over an hour for a return call, they have no respect for contractors. In the *************** area and ******* was sent out to repair replace drywall from a collapsed ceiling in our garage. Left a huge mess in the end and purposely threw area one of our security cameras. Thankfully we had a second security canera that caught him in the act.
This company has to be the consider the Slumlords of Maintenance and *************************** took almost 6 months to put in tile in 3 rooms..wrong tile ,wrong color *********** out of stock (like theres only 1 HD in all of *******..please beware of these ********************* Snakes!!! I would give -10 stars but you have to give 1 star to be able to post!!!
This company is horrible. I'm preparing legal complaints with my leasing company and Atellar. Missed appointment last Friday and this past Monday. Not the 1st time sadly. They have been to my home 6 times for the same issue. Sewage back up as we speak. No response ans high request sent. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Unbelievable, didn't show up for the 1st appointment after waiting 5 days. Communicated via text, finally heard back 3 days later. Tech came out looked at my door & lock for about 10 minutes, said he was going outside to his truck to request approval, stated it would take about 10 minutes. Then he disappeared. Stellar has been hired to repair my broken main waiter line and they have not begun work yet, even though they were hired approximately 5 days ago.When they initially reached out to me via text message, the way the text message was worded led me to believe that they did not understand what the problem was. On May 30, 2023 my camera picked up a maintenance worker for Stellar Maintenance aka *********************************************** going directly to my mailbox, opening it, taking pictures of my mail, then returning to his truck. I asked my neighbor who he was, he was the PLUMBER who was there previously to work on the water heater, then going back to take pictures of her house because he did not the first time he was there.
