At the beginning sterling was useful with some papers of the relocation in Zürich, but regarding to housing and the rest of the support they are supposed to give you, they don’t care about it. The lady in charge of us couldn’t care less. She was always blaming to the market. The company of my husband give us support with other agency (as we were months without finding a house and our things already arrived) and the new agency found the perfect place (was what we were looking for), gave us a lot of option. I was really disappointed when I worked with this company for looking apartments in Switzerland. They ignored my wishes, worked slowly and in the end I found my apartments myself. Useless service, they gave me only stress. And of course it's too expensive for a such bad service. Don't recommend to use them.

Big headache to deal with. Will not accept responsibility for fault. Promised to ship goods in wooden crates for long distance shipment but used card box instead. No proactive communication or timely follow-up on status of shipments. Will not bring proper packing materials for clothing. Will try to overcharge by exaggerating volume during packing and afterwards.
