I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and negligent service I have received from Stern Law Firm. If I could give zero stars, I would. Over the course of my case, Stern Law Firm has completely failed to fulfill its most basic duty: showing up for their client. They have missed the last five court hearings without any explanation or prior notice. Fredi Alcazar, I feel your pain. They are giving me the same treatment. Paid in full and all emails go unanswered, calls not return. They get good ratings for immigration matters but it seems they can't handle criminal cases. From Jessica to now the new One, whoever they are. *edit* Since the company was sold and many of the key personnel have left it’s completely changed. You barely get any answers to your questions, people working on your case change regularly and people are unfriendly and not helpful. My current highlight: a new app was announced last year to start in January.
