For the past 6 months I had been having so many issues with the previous medical supply company and had gone without supplies for my daughter. I decided to call Strive and spoke to Rita. She immediately went into action by taking all the information needed, faxing and calling the dr's office and less than week later, supplies had been shipped via FedEx. Couldn't ask for a faster service! This is what I call great customer service. Thank you Rita and Strive Medical.

Everytime I need to reorder supplies I am met with attitude. I was freaking out about not receiving order in time and was told over and over there is nothing we can do with a stern tone. I understand everywhere has rules to abide to but being met with compassion and given options would go a long way as I do need these supplies to survive. Horrible company. I received no proactive communication from them regarding my order for diabetes supplies. I had to call to get information every time. They NEVER called or emailed me with information ever. When I called, they kept insisting my doctor had not provided medical notes, but my doctor had proof they'd sent it three times. Tried to place order 4/21/26. Company did not receive fax from Md. called had fax sent . Called back 4/24/26. Still no order processed . Called back 4/25/26 still no order processed but told representative would overnight catheters for delivery 4/26/26. Nothing . Called 4/28/26 no order processed Geraldine states no worries will overnight and you will get next day . After 7 days I’ve lost confidence in this company . Asking for new option . Hire Americans not no English call center employees
