Everytime I need to reorder supplies I am met with attitude. I was freaking out about not receiving order in time and was told over and over there is nothing we can do with a stern tone. I understand everywhere has rules to abide to but being met with compassion and given options would go a long way as I do need these supplies to survive. Love this company! They have made a life changing diagnosis so much easier with their compassion and helpfulness. They are so easy to work with and it is so easy to change your order. I use their app for communication a lot and they always get back with me very quickly.

Strive Medical is easy to work with. I had to phone them on a couple of occasions - my calls were always answered promptly (a rarity in these times) and both times the employee I talked to was courteous and professional. One of my questions required additional research, and I received a return call with the information I needed the same day. Highly recommended!

My doctor made the order for me so I had no direct experience with that. I did have some questions though and called the help number. The number had a long wait time so I left my number. Later a person called me who was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and provided additional information. The order arrived two days later as promised.
