For the past 6 months I had been having so many issues with the previous medical supply company and had gone without supplies for my daughter. I decided to call Strive and spoke to Rita. She immediately went into action by taking all the information needed, faxing and calling the dr's office and less than week later, supplies had been shipped via FedEx. Everytime I need to reorder supplies I am met with attitude. I was freaking out about not receiving order in time and was told over and over there is nothing we can do with a stern tone. I understand everywhere has rules to abide to but being met with compassion and given options would go a long way as I do need these supplies to survive. Every month is trouble of me not getting all the supplies for the month. I always end up more than 1 month without supplies when I due for renewal. My kids are the patient and is so stressed dealing with this company.
