Couldn't have gone better! 100 crates delivered two weeks before the move and we started loading. The team of 13 took special care of our items as well as the flooring, walls, corners and elevators in both the move out and the move in locations. They were expeditious and got everything moved, and on top of it all, they had to make the move after 5pm so they had late night hours. Eight truckloads later, we are in our new facility. The driver showed up on time both days and got started quickly. He was very professional. His team worked independently to pack my belongings as quickly and efficiently as possible. After looking at all the boxes and stuff in that truck, I am so glad I didn't try to do this myself. I can't comment on the delivery yet, but I would expect the same kind of customer service.

Scheduled to pack today, Monday and Tuesday— no one has showed up. Someone did call 2.5 hours after they were supposed begin and said “they were running behind” (from what, I don’t know) and was told they’d arrive between noon and 2. Again, no one showed up so I called around 2:15 and the representative said they were on their way and would arrive in 15 min. That was 40 minutes ago… nobody ever came. I’m just hoping someone shows up on Monday and Tuesday so there’s something to load in the truck on Wednesday.

Superb moving company - best we have ever used and that says a lot considering we are retired military we and have moved 12 times over the course of lives. Exceeded all expectations, handled our belongings with great care and I am happy to report no damage to any of our possessions. Absolutely would recommend without reservation.
