If we have option for negative stars I would use them instead 1 star. For Star this company was selected to do my PCS order from Fort Campbell KY to Fort Liberty NC. My items where in storage waiting to received a house on post. Once I have the house I call them to get my household good deliver. They arrived to my house to completed my household goods deliver. Austin and the whole Suddath team are awesome! Did a phenomenal job helping us relocate our business from a 45,000 sqft shop to a new 145,000 sqft facility. Always punctual and packed and moved quickly and efficiently during every phase of the relocation. Used them to move about 15 miles. Very expensive. No boxes; furniture only. Very nice and smiling the entire time they’re pulling my damaged furniture off the truck. I did not file a claim because truly believe it would not have been resolved to my satisfaction and I would not have trusted anyone they recommended for repair. No a good experience at all.

Frank in sales was very helpful and accommodating. Theresa, our coordinator followed up nicely throughout the move and even arranged for a backup to call while she was out. What really buttoned this up was the drivers, a husband and wife team Chris and Keith. They were very calm throughout the loading and unloading. This was my first time with a moving company, we relocated two of our offices. Philip De Noto was the commercial executive sales representative that worked with me. He was outstanding and extremely helpful. I never had the need to call him, he was always following up with me. He went above and beyond for me.
