In my case, I had to sell my house and then move my household goods to a temporary storage place and then move it to a new house. All the people from Suddath (packers and movers) were really kind and courteous, I cannot thank them enough. Especially, I would like to thank Elaine for all the coordination of the move. She was always responsive and continuously checking everything is on track. Definitely, she made the stressful move to a really pleasant and easy one! Thank you!

Our experience with moving from North Carolina to New York State this past January was better than expected. Theresa was coordinator, Frank estimated and our movers were Joffre Galeas and his helpers (I'm sorry, I didn't get their names but they were working very hard). We felt they treated us like family taking particular care with our belongings, causing very little disruption and no damage to the house. We were in a BIND! We had hired another moving company a month and a half in advance. They canceled on us THE DAY OF. We contacted Suddath and they were more than willing to fit us in their schedule last minute. Everyone was SO NICE and accommodating and helpful. The movers were diligent and worked very hard. They were very patient as well (we were moving out of a 6th floor apartment.) I absolutely could not recommend them enough!! I will never use anyone else.

After a last minute cancelation by another company and "their sons", I contacted Suddath late on a Friday afternoon. Within the hour, they had worked us into their Saturday schedule. The crew they sent was exteremely efficient and worked under some tough conditions (hot and humid) and they had to share the same elevator as 4 other companies that were moving people out of the building that day.
