They did the pack out for our overseas move back in June, the crew did extremely well packing our belongings, even the company that delivered at our destination commented on how well everything was packed. Only a handful of damages, which is nothing on a move like this. Highly recommend!
Went here for a weight ticket for a military move. Nice folks and they knew exactly what to do. 10$ for a weigh. Cash. Also: they use an old Toledo grain scale which is very cool; if you’ve grown up in a rural community you might be familiar. Worth seeing. Still extremely accurate and had no issues with the weigh whatsoever.
Big guys in a big business. A privately owned company with affiliations with large contracts. Great working with such a good group in El Paso.
The reason I am not leaving five stars is because upon arrival of my items, the initial crew that was to unload and unpack did not feel like working on Saturday so they told their manager that I sent them away. The second crew that came and actually unloaded my items was VERY courteous and professional. They did everything I asked them to and went out of their way to make sure we were content. We were packed and moved from this company from bliss to ft Lewis. EVERY single one of our large ticket items was broken. Completely destroyed at that. We had inspectors come out, etc just for them to be disgusted at how things were even placed in the crates. To make matters worse when looking at the inventory that not only was missing things but was numbered incorrectly in places we noted it was filled out with multiple lies, stating damage that still to this day even after the move doesn’t exist.
