We recently relocated from Atlantic Beach to Nocatee FL. We engaged Suddath to assist in our move. Yana, the moving coordinator, contacted us, inquiring about our exit and entry timetable. We informed her of our date and time requirements to exit our then current house (in accordance with our sales agreement and Realtor) as well as the move to our new residence. Had Suddath for moving from Virginia in US to Finland in Europe. Was worried with the mix of negative reviews that were in the listing but my experience was great. There wasn't really anything to complain about and if I had to redo the whole thing I would want the crews that had worked on all the steps along the way for my move.
Terrible Move. Worst long move out of 14 moves. 3 Moves were international. The Load out crew in Montgomery Tx was the worst I ever have seen. Patio, Garage and Master Bath in same box. Heavy Rock decoration in same box with fragile ceramic decorations. Expensive Amish furniture damaged with massive blow. And the most massive flaw is fraudulent load out damage report. The driver of that job should be fired outright. The crew had ONE man that was really good. The only part that was right and good, was the long haul ... read more
RMS, 3rd party provider dropped and cracked my TV. The claim was filed with Suddath, Beatrice Kims, Customer Service Supervisor, and she has THE WORST attitude, and is very dismissive. Her attitude, is uncalled for, regardless of the turnout of the situation. I would have just given my TV to strangers and bought a new one, rather than to have this headache.... Great job, guys. Safe packing and very quick. They were friendly and on time. Finished sooner than expected. Loved the flag as a special touch.
