Suddath did a tremendous job in difficult circumstances. We were moving from Galveston to Houston & Hurricane Beryl came through right before we were scheduled to pack up. The crew had to navigate with no power, high temperatures and a 3 story house on stilts for the move out. They were amazing. Due to the storm and power loss problems throughout Houston, our closings (sale & purchase) were delayed and Kathy was so helpful with our storage needs that lasted longer than expected. Erika and Alex showed up at the agreed time and got to work right away. They were professional, explained everything, packed each item like it was their own. Just the 2 of them and they made quick work of packing and moving the entire 1 bedroom apartment down 3 flights of stairs! Lots of big heavy furniture needed to be packed and wrapped as well. They did a great job and had at the supplies needed. Great job Erika and Alex!!! Thank you!!
From the very start, every person we came in contact with working for Suddath of Houston, was very professional offering impeccable service all around. Rudy and his team remained attentive to ALL of our needs and concerns!! He quickly removed all anxiety associated with the complicated process of moving from one state to another, by paying attention to the detail!! Our furniture and furnishings arrived in perfect form and right on time! Thank you, Rudy!
This company did everything they said they would do. No surprise charges. Items arrived with no damage except one small table and claims process is simple. They made this very stressful activity as easy as it can be. Hopefully I never move again, but if I do I would use Daryl Flood relo again. Great communication from start to finish. Phil the estimator and Jessica the coordinator were awesome and followed through with all my questions and requests. Movers were professional and amazing.
