love the family culture. I was informed and helped with any questions or concerns i had during the move. General manager Dan Zimbeck made sure all of my belongings were well taken care of and well kept amazing work from all the crew
Id leave a negative rating if I could. Terrible experience, movers were late, and didnt seem to care they were moving valueavle items. I watched as they dropped multiple pieces of furntire in my driveway because they couldn't handle it. We had a L-shaped desk that was broken and three entertainment stands that were broken. I have countless items that are missing and were not "ticketed" that the company will not acknowledge. Guess im out my air compressor now. Would never hire them again! ( or United Van Lines, who they are a part of) Moved us 1600 miles and most of my furniture was gouged or scratched. So sad! Some very meaningful items will never be the same. Yet everything I packed arrived intact. I found them hurried, careless and disrespectful. We also had to wait 5 extra days for our furniture that sat in a truck 30 miles away, while they got a crew together to deliver, once they got to our new area. Quite an exceptional experience!!! Not a hiccup to be had…starting with the quote from Randy,right down to the follow ups with Theresa…movers Doug and Brett were fast,conscientious,and professional throughout the pickup and drop off. Never worried about our belongings in their care. Couldn’t be happier… Thank you Suddath!!!
Doug and his crew of five total guys were amazing. They packed and moved us across the neighborhood in 2 days into a five bedroom house. They were incredibly helpful, fun, kind, safe, and took excellent care of everything. Our move was half as long as we anticipated because they worked extra hard and changed the strategy to make it happen more efficiently for us on day one when they realized we had 3 young kids and wanted to get it done as quickly as possible.
