Mike was in charge of the actual loading, moving and unloading. He phoned in advance to introduce himself and discussed things with me as needed during packing and loading. He had a very good crew, always working and courteous at loading. The same was true at unloading in my destination state. They arrived early and began unloading immediately. They packed the glassware, fine china and glass-framed pictures with care. Although I am not finished unpacking, so far none of the contents of the boxes arriv
