I had Victoria Kaczynski and Kathleen Irby as my account coordinator and relocation consultant, respectively, and they were both wonderful. I was really impressed with how much detail and effort they both put in, especially because my move was on short notice and in a tight schedule. The Suddath estimator and crew were all very wonderful people. The whole scheduling/planning process was very friendly and easy to setup, while on actual move day the workers were fast and efficient. Professional and punctual from start to finish. Ken Wilson did a great job getting the quote started and move estimated. Brenda did a great job coordinating after that.
