This was my 4th move in 7 years with Suddath. I am fortunate on this move, just as the prior moves to have amazing service. The Suddath was able to mobilize for a pick up in less than 72 hours and the pack and load team was amazing. This driver on the pack and load came from VA to NC to gather my stuff quickly as I had limited time. From initial contact with sales (Leo Klisch), through final wrap-up with coordinator (Bonnie Bottini), the move was executed nearly exactly as planned. Only hiccup was with the actual truck crew from United that showed up late and delayed loading of all contents until well into the late night. Mario and his team were professional and dedicated to the job. They arrived on time, protected my home, and worked diligently to unload the truck, handling my household goods carefully. They also placed the items in my home in a manner that will make it easier to identify and reach any box. They remained polite and high spirited throughout their time in my home. We had had a large move earlier this year. It was seamless. This move was small all went well. Some confusion with communication as to our specific truck needs on both moves. We live on a huge hill. But the men did their utmost to work around the challenges of the hill. They ended up working much harder than necessary because of the break in communication regarding the truck. It was not their fault, and they executed the move professionally.
