This place is special. A lot of the front area is spacious feeling, but the when you get back into it it's a similar experience to shopping in Tokyo or Soul; so much useful stuff packed into a small space. They have a great selection of paints including spray paints NOT LOCKED IN A CAGE!!! I needed STIX, an industry go-to PVC bonding primer, this weekend and Sunset & Co had the only quart in town! Purchased a lamp as their pricing was outstanding. Unfortunately, the lamp was defective (not their fault!). Sunset & Co’s customer service was exceptional and they made dealing with this situation a piece of cake. I would not hesitate to use them for other purchases.

Just love this awesome & unique store and gift shop. They just have everything from gorgeous personalized wedding gifts like silver platters and wooden cutting boards to small kitchen appliances to beautiful dresses & clothing, old times children’s toys and it’s a hardware store all rolled into one. They also offer cooking classes some days. Such a fun experience to look around & find a perfect gift for someone or for yourself. Do yourself a favor & drop in. You will be very glad you did.

Stocked full of must haves! This isn’t your grandfather’s hardware store! Yes, they have everything you need from one but then add in a visit to Roundtop mixed with First Saturday of Wimberley and you’re getting close to the shopping experience here! Happy Hunting and plan on spending at least an hour shopping! Fredericksburg has nothing on Sunset!
