Surf or sound was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for our stay this past week. We had to switch homes due to construction and there were only a few homes to choose from that were left. We had a sound front home, but there was nothing close to the water left available. We had to pick one we didn’t really want and they transferred our money. 2 days later a beautiful home became available that was even better than our initial house. Surf Or Sound is always great with communication, insuring we have an effective check in and timely check in time! The house is always super clean and ready for us. We booked for the past 3 years with Surf or Sound and look forward to booking with them next year as well. The house is well stocked with any Amenities that we need for the week. A nice little welcome bag is always included with we typically last us all need leaving us not needing to purchase any thing extra outside of food for the house.

We’ve used Surf or Sound twice now- and they’re amazing! Both the houses our family stayed in exceeded our expectations! We had the most relaxing time during our most recent trip June 1-8. We stayed at the Secret Spot #951. The house was great! It almost has a 360 view from the top. Although we spent most of our time relaxing on the screened-in porch; because the breeze was a constant perfection! :) It was the perfect amount of room for 6 people (it was myself, husband, and four teens). All our trips to the Outer Banks we always use Surf or Sound Realty. They make the process of renting a beach house easy. They check on you after you arrive and you have a contact person should you need anything! We appreciated this attention!

We stayed at Miss Cape May in Avon. Had a wonderful vacation. Surf or Sound was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. A few items were broken when we got there but were quickly picked up and replaced. The pool was perfect. Loved the design. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Quick 6 minute walk to the beach. Easy walk to seafood shop, Atlantic rentals, icecream, and bait shop. The house and location was amazing and perfect for our family.
