Sent me a bill for $18.99 (actual cost if I bought this brace at local stores) but charged medicare more than 10x that price. I already paid my bill at urgent care, my copay and medicare says max amount I can be charged is $0 dollars. I'd sure like to know why they think their cheap brace is priced up 10x the actual price. It's like they are buying them at discount stores and charging me the actual price but trying to charge medicare 10x. If I could leave a zero star I would. They sent me a text saying I have a bill on September 22nd. I have called every single day (today is October 8th) and they never pick up their phones. I got a call today about my bill being way over due and I need to pay. Not sure how they even stay in business with them doing stuff like this.
Absolute joke of a medical company. Sent me to three different appointments in different cities just to tell me they can’t help me and my knee problem. Then I get called a month later saying I owe 9 dollars and some change, after trying to call for weeks to get it paid I finally thought the operator took my payment. Some month or so later they call saying I’m going to be sent to collections for a 91 dollar bill I never received. You guys are an embarrassment. I hope to never have to deal with this company again
I'm not sure who these people are or why they sent me a statement for $450 for a readily available $50 boot . My medical provider said I have no outstanding bills, and no bill should have been sent to these people. The Attorney General needs to investigate and audit this company for price gouging. People who are injured are in an emergency. That's why it's called an emergency room. What this company does should be illegal, and the people who run it should be in jail. I had a dislocated finger I went to the ER for last month. The hospital sent me home with a wrist brace to wear. I just received an invoice from these criminals - $275 for a hand brace I could have bought at Walgreens for $20. I called their billing department to inquire about it. "Sorry sir, you had 14 days to return it." Horrible.
