I had a great experience with Synergy. They called me less than 24 hours after my doctor sent the referral & kept me updated on the insurance approval. I spoke with Addie for all the scheduling & logistics phone calls. Addie was friendly & professional; I appreciated how patiently & thoroughly she relayed all the details to me. Grayson helped fit me in an arm brace for an upcoming surgery. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I was told upfront of the cost of the brace and how to deal with the finance process. As of right now all is good and there are no hassles of any kind. Thank you Grayson for all your help.
Cassi from Synergy came to my home to help fit me for a neck brace before my spinal surgery, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to make sure the brace fit properly and that I fully understood how to adjust it, clean the pads, and why wearing it correctly is so important. My husband had an in home fitting with Angela for a sling in preparation for his upcoming surgery. Angela communicated effectively each step of the process in the fitting of the sling as well as instructing us accordingly on any necessary adjustments to make as needed. She made us feel comfortable each step of the fitting process explaining from start to finish. We appreciate we were in good hands with an experienced professional, but better yet; someone who clearly and thoroughly enjoys what they do.
Another deceived customer. I got a brace for my 8 year old’s broken hand and at no point did anyone discuss with me the price at urgent care. Then I received a bill from Synergy for $267 for a brace that sells for $30 online. I’ve tried calling and leaving messages and no one will answer my calls or call me back (shocking!!!). Nasty business practices. Horrible people.
