Another deceived customer. I got a brace for my 8 year old’s broken hand and at no point did anyone discuss with me the price at urgent care. Then I received a bill from Synergy for $267 for a brace that sells for $30 online. I’ve tried calling and leaving messages and no one will answer my calls or call me back (shocking!!!). Nasty business practices. Horrible people.
This company is a nightmare to deal with. They charged me $400 for a breast pump that is covered by my insurance. I called a few times with no reply, but they kept sending bills. After a few calls they finally answered and said they’d run my insurance.. took my info.. just received another bill from them saying it’s a final notice??? Haven’t run my insurance yet
This company is terrible, no one from the billing department answers the phone. I have never received a bill in the mail, i keep getting robot calls saying i have an outstanding balance and the bill is being sent to collections. I’ve called back multiple times and never got a person, i leave messages and no one calls back. I cannot pay this bill because i have no invoice number to reference.
Another unsatisfied customer, noticing a pattern here? Our son had a sprained ankle, our doctor recommended a boot. We reluctantly took it, in case our son thought he needed it. He never did. About a month after the injury, we received a bill for $393 for a single, plastic boot. Shocked, we looked up the same boot online and saw it was selling for $38 on Amazon.
